Just bought a 1996 Bonneville SSEi have ? traction control
Yes for some reason the traction control light when i stop the traction control light goes off but when i start riding the car for some reason the light goes on and shuts off the traction control. I push the button but it doesnt let me activate the traction control, what should i do?

Welcome to BC! The best place to start is your wheel speed sensors on all 4 hubs. Check for damaged wiring or disconnected sensors. If that doesn't solve your problem, post another topic in the 92-99 forum, and we'll try to get you through it!

i believe that you can not activate/de activate T/C when the car is in motion. the car HAS to be stopped. when the button is pressed when the car is moving it does nothing. I know my with my SLE the T/C comes on automatically every time the car is started.
