Default Hello from Buffalo, Mn

I've been rebuilding/time/$$$ on a 92 SSEi bonny for the past year. The cars gots lots of miles but when I seen it for sale it peeked my curiosity. Wow, a family hauler with a supercharger! I'm new to this FWD, musclecar thing. Should be a fun car after I get her back into performance shape! I'll have many questions in the future.

1st question: How do I really know the supercharger is boosting enough/correctly? The boost gauge goes from -10 to +10 when you step on it but it does not have "neck snapping" performance I assume it should have.

Hi and welcome to the club.
Someone will be along to help answer that question or you may want to post it in the Forced Induction section, but for staters you may want to pull your codes. I beleive there is an article in tech info on how to do it.

Hey welcome to the site!

There'* a ton of us on here from the Cities area....And would be glad to help out whenever.

As for the boost, if I remember right, when the car'* floored, it should get pretty close to but not quite 10 psi.....I think it'* actually around 6-7 psi.....

How many miles are on this car?
