Just got a 98 SSEi last sunday. The car has really impressed me for how well its done so far. Once the weather cools off, I'll be taking it to the drag strip (hoping for low 15'*). The car handles better then I would expect for a car of this size. It has 109K on it and is in VGC. Future mods will be a CAI, 3.4 pulley & probably an INTENSE PCM , maybe an exhaust.
