Default Screen/Radio not working

2016 GMC YUKON XL Denali
There doesn't seem to be any power to the screen/radio. Checked radio fuse on passenger side fuse block and it was good. There is no power to the USB ports in the center console but there is power to the "cigarette lighter" outlet.
What else should be checked?

Just to appease us, how exactly did you 'test' the radio fuse?

Connect a meter or test light to good ground and turn on key. Go through the entire fuse box in a minute or two at most.

Did you address the USB power issue also?

Does the radio even produce sound?
If it has CD capabilities, does it eject/insert cd'*?
