Default Replacing the factory Bose amp

Read a piece on tapping the factory Bose amp, but i want to totally replace my factory sub and amp. There'* a seller on eBay that sells custom factory replacement sub enclosures with 8" 10" and 12" options. My plan is to run this with a 5ch amp. I want to use the factory wires from the factory amp to use with the new after market amp. Is there a wiring diagram someone can point me towards to help with this?
