Hmm..well your fuel pressure at the rail should be 9-13 PSI(running)..do you have a fuel injector tester or accesses to one?

weird low voltages always make me think bad ground. theres got to be a good size ground from the engine to battery or frame and from the frame to battery and the body to frame, i would start by finding those cleaning the ends and tightening them down. battery terminals too

I agree with JW, get a look at the ground. The fuel pump ground wire may run from the pump and connect back by the left rear taillights on the frame. It typically is a small stranded wire and it gets a tear in it so a few threads are left, but not enough to properly ground.

ok thanks guys,,, good info! i could do that easy enough. but i am still suspicious of the no spray at the injectors. are you saying the grounds that control injector pulse could also be bad??

i think the injectors have constant 12v, and the computer controls the ground. maybe the computer ground is bad

ok i had a friend check the injector plug with a NOID light. when the engine turned over, no flashing light. so, i would assume its a power/gound/ OR computer. issue for that injector circuit. i am not a wiz on electrical, any help on which circuit to start on??? thanks all!
