Default Newbie 89 chev truck no fuel problem

hi all , and thank in advance for you help and wisdom. love this site!!

89 chevy 1 ton (30 series) motor home. 350 tbi auto trans.
killed on rough road, in a very remote area. would fire if fuel was dumped into tbi.. i checked fuel pressure and it was a bit low, layed in rain and put in new pump, still no start.
with limited tools and info i determined only 10 volts to the fuel pump at the engine harness,, ALSO. not 1 drop of fuel will come out of injector when cranking.
my hunch is a wiring or computer issue, as it is located behind seat and was not secured.
any help would be appreciated... thank you !

Start checking over all the wires. I feel bouncing around knocked a wire loose, perhaps a ground wire. Check the fuse box as well, including the back of it.

Also if your fuel pressuure switch has gone bad it kills power to your fuel pump..mine died while bouncin around a field its located off the back of the intake behind the distributor..there is also a connector on the lower portion oof the firewall on drivers side if it came unhooked no power to fuel pump

Hmm, bouncing around, is this truck equipped with a fuel system kill switch?

the research i came up with said it does not. also, i do have some voltage to the pump (10 volts) just not enough. when i bypassed and gave the pump 12 volts, i have great pressure but still no tbi spray at all
