One more thing. make sure you use the correct fluid HPLV fluid not Dex 6. These get TCC shudder and the LV fixes that.

ok so I finally got my truck fixed ie codes are gone. Misfire appears to be a bad spark plug and transmission codes were internal transmission wiring and pass through wiring. I would like to thank everybody that responded, all answers had merit .

So it got new plugs and still ran bad, did something happen to make it run well? . . . or maybe just some run time to get readjusted?

No the plugs or plug cured the misfire but the truck was still bucking and shifting hard until the wiring harness was changed in the transmission. All is well now.
