No vin, purchasing as a long block out of a 2020 GMC Sierra supposedly.

I don't know of a recent LS VIN lookup resource.

If you have the VIN of the donor, the last part of the VIN should match the last part of this stamping.

I suggest that if you can't trust the source of the engine, you might want to find one elsewhere.
