Default 350 oil pan replacement question

I am replacing my oil pan on my blazer, i dont know what a part is called that i need to buy. Theres two that go between the bolts and the outside of the pan. I believe its to the pressure of the bolts. One of mine are very rusted out and i dont want to re use it again. Do any of you know what thats called?

I would not go with out them. They help to keep the whole pan tight to the block. They evenly distribute the presure in between the bolts and im not positive but the bolts might not go all the way in with out them.
