Quick update...I went to the dealership Friday, my salesman was not there at that time, but did come in later, before he made it, I talked to the Sales Manager and he did see and agree that the passenger side front door was a different shade, than the other doors and body paint. After my salesman arrived they had the truck inspected by their service department. The Sales Manager needed to speck with the owner, but he left early, so Monady they are suppose to have a meeting to decide what their going do to make it right. My Salesman and the Sales Manager both said they wanted me to be happy.

Looks to me like I picked a good Dealership....stay tuned

My salesman called today, they have a rep from GM coming in Thursday to look at my truck.....hopefully he will make the right call....

Almost seems like they are dragging their feet.

The dealership decide to change my door . . . I was given a loner truck, Thursday morning. I was at the dealership, less than a hour. Friday morning my sales man called and said my truck was ready, and wanted directions to my home. About a hour later, he arrived, and the new door matches perfectly. I am so pleased. Walker Automotive, in Alexandria, Louisisana is very customer friendly and I will be sending anyone I know, looking for a new vehicle their way.

They probably called the other customer and got your door back. LOL.
