The vehicle wouldn't start one morning and the scanner shows multiple fuel codes. GM had a recall on some 09 vehicles for similar issues but mine is not one of them affected according to them. Has anyone saw this issue? P0230, P0449, P0452, P0463.

I think P0230 is the one giving you the no-start. There are several possible causes, but the easiest one to check is the fuel pump relay. Switch that relay with another identical relay on another circuit and see if that fixes the no-start.
