Also with the windows not working can you talk to the drivers door module and seat modules with the snap on scanner? Cause now that I think about your truck has 2 data busses I'm wondering if something is killing your serial data line but the CAN buss is still working fine. Definatly going to need to get your hands on a accurate and complete wiring schematic for your truck.

I was leaning towards a shorted out sensor tonight since I can't sleep picking my brain. Thx for the advice. Ill check that in am.keep ya posted

When you replaced the BCM you did do the pass key relearn?

if it was security it would start and shut down. i have a diagram but no way to post it right now, did you test bcm connector c1 pin 2 pink wire for signal when in start position. the bcm sends "ign key resistor signal" on a white wire to ign switch and comes back on that pink. rest is serial data to ecm. ecm pin is c1-52 yellow/black to relay 86, appears to be a positive signal, test for 12v on 86 and ground on 85. rest is fine because you say if you jump it the starter works
