2006 Chevy Trailblazer LT A/C issue.
I have climate control and I am having problems with it working and not working. I have had the freon checked and replaced a circuit breaker that controls the compressor. Still getting sporadic cool air and warm air. What other things should I check to see what is wrong with it?

You have to be a little more specific with it 'not working'. Is it just the temperature of the air fluctuating? Or?...

You say you have cooling and then you don't.....
You should have cooling on MAX, or set for 60F....verify that the compressor is running, and feel the line for cooling.....if those check out, then it it'* the temp door operation.....either the temp door actuator or the control head.....
One way to check the temp door actuator, is go to ECON or VENT mode....this keeps the compressor off....with vehicle at normal operating temp, command full hot...should get 140+ degrees, then command full cool, should get ambient temp.....
You say you have auto temp....do you have dual temp where driver and passenger can set therm own temps? If you do and one side is cool and the other is hot, and they both pass the aforementioned actuator test, then you are low on refrigerant...
