Default 2005 Jimmy fuel tank vent valve location

I have been experiencing difficulty fueling up my 2005 Jimmy as the fuel nozzle keeps clicking off. My suspician is that the tank is air locked, I checked the charcoal cannister and I can blow air through it quite easily which leads me to the vent valve off of the tank. Can anyone tell me where the fuel tank vent valve is located, do I need to drop the tank to access it? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

if you found the canister, the two big hoses one goes to the tank and the other has to go to the vent

Thanks Justin,it looks like this valve must be up on top of the tank then.
