2003 GMC Envoy A/C won't work
my a/c was only working until the car got hot then compressor would not kick on. i replaced the low pressure switch and it charged the freon. it worked fine for 2 days the stopped working all together. the compressor would not work at all, so i am going to replace the relay and see what that does. My question is before i took out the relay i was bypassing the low pressure switch to test it and the car would idle down like the compressor was going to come on but never did. I have tested the relay with my multimeter and think the relay is bad cause i sent 18v of to it and did not hear a click and got no reading from the meter at all....any advice
Based on your testing, it would appear you have no clue as to what you are doing. You replaced a low pressure switch without testing it and then charged your a/c system. Then it worked 'fine' for 2 days, then it stopped. To me, this sounds like a classic symptom of a leak somewhere.
Why are you applying 18v to a relay? Did you even apply voltage to the correct side of the relay?
I agree with carfixer007, correct testing and pressure readings would be nice.
I disagree with your statement about him belittling you.

From where?
Need to know where you have your meter in this test configuration.
Also, before going too far down the path of electrical issues, it would be helpful to know what the pressure reading is on the low-pressure port.
