Check from engine bay to engine bay fuse box. Check for chewed wires. I would assume mice will not be in your cabin. If it makes you feel more comfortable remove the engine fuse box and check it thoroughly even the wires. Look for corrosion and separated wires

No, an exhaust manifold leak won't cause this. An intake manifold gasket leak will. These are notorious for it. Has it had then replaced what you know of?

not that I know of, I scanned my truck again today, now I have a po300 code again a bo229 hvac code, and a u1000 class 2 data link malfunction

Check your injector wiring harness. You may have a broken wire/* on it. Also intake manifold or cracks after the MAF. Last you would check you crank and cam sensors. This all will give you the random misfire code
