Unhappy 2003 Chevy blazer losing power help!

I have a 03 Chevy blazer ls 4.3 been throwing codes p0101 and p0102. Ordered a new maf sensor and still having same issue. For the past week now I haven't been getting power. It'* not climbing hills or soeeding up on its own. Pretty much sluggish behavior. Checked wires found a few burnt ones but still not completely gone. My fiance waa able to finally get rid of the codes and nothing has came back up since. But it didn't help with this loss of power. I have tried all I can think of from cleaning thw filter to tightening every thing down that I could. Cant find any air leaks, taken every component apart and cleaned it, obviously replaced maf sensor, I'm at my wit'* end with it. Any ideas that maybe we are missing? Its my only vehicle and being that we just moved and I need it to get to work I am a bit low on funds. Especially after buying the replacement sensor and it didnt help..

It may be good to check to make sure there is no exhaust restriction, but unfortunately you may need to have someone diagnose it with the scanner.

You can also check basics like fuel pressure and such, but ultimately if it'* running badly enough, it should eventually set a code.

How does the truck run with the MAF sensor unplugged?

Unplugging the maf sensor gives no change. I have a scanner but the only codes were the two mentioned and now even they are gone for the time being. Fuel pressure is fine we dis check that as well as cleaning the air filter and all that. That'* what has pit me at a loss. I read in another forum about someone had a clog in the pre cat so I'm going to work on checking that out once I get out of work tomorrow.
