Cool 2003 Avalanche Z71 Heating

My 2003 Avalanche 1500 Z71 blows cold air at all settings except at 90degrees. Blower works at all settings. Issue present at any speed including at stationary. One suggestion was to turn ignition to "on", press "auto", turn ignition off, remove hvac fuze 10a under hood, reinsert after 30 secs +/-, start(goes to 74 degrees, Run 1-2 minutes, off fo 10-30 secs, start and check. Still no heat at less than 90. Any suggestions much appreciated

Default

AC reset
Turn the system on full cold Max AC.
Radio OFF.
Turn ignition OFF.
Pull the HVAC (AC) fuse(*) from interior fuse box. Leave out for 1 minute and replace.
Turn key to run/on position....NOT start.
Do not touch any controls. You'll hear the doors (actuators) being opened and closed. The HVAC module is learning the full open and full close positions. Wait until the system is completely done with the learning process. Less than a minute.
Start and test the system.
