basically new everything, 45-50 psi on the low side(refrigerant) port when jumping the compressor. When not jumping the compressor, I have current to the high pressure switch, nothing at the low pressure switch and nothing to the clutch.
What I did find that when I used my test light on the clutch switch, the neg was clamped on the neg battery terminal then the pos into the switch..light comes on. But when I use the voltmeter (only on the switch) I get nothing. Now if I complete the circuit but touching the neg wire of the voltmeter to neg battery post then the pos voltmeter wire to the clutch switch I will get 12+ volts. I think this has determined that I am getting no ground
