1999 chevy 3500 6.5

Does anybody know how to bypass the pass system to start a 6.5 diesel. I cannot get this thing to run even after a new injection pump

light stays on and it has newly rebuilt injection pump. its the pass system. i rhink i found a way to tricj the computer. Thanks
