First of all thank you guys for yours help .
Today , I checked all the fuses and the Trans connector with volt-meter (key was ON , not RUN) :
FUSES:
* "TRANS" - only 4V (when I run the engine it drop to 1.5V) .
* "TURN B/U" & "ILLUM"- no power at all , 0V .
* "BRAKE" & "HTR" & "CRUISE" - only 8-9V
TRANS CONNECTOR:
like in the attached photo , all the other pins shown 0V.
What do you think ?
please I need yours help

Yes, you are supposed to have 12v at the pink wire with ignition power on. If its less than 12v, or not 12v at all, check for 12v at the 10A TRANS fuse.

Yes , carfixer , I bought the car (Very low price) .
mike , if I looking the draw right , and like I holding the connector , the E pink wire is the one with 5V ? or 3.8-4V ?
I seen 2 pink wires , which one ?
in some guide I saw they take a wire and connect directly the pink wire with +12V from the battery and see what happen , what do you think ?
how can I check the ignition switch on the PCM ?
Where on the PCM the trans work conditions and the E pink wire connected ?

If your not sure which pin, use a multimeter to verify voltage at the 10 TRANS fuse. This fuse provides power to the trans. Please verify it has power when you turn the ignition on.

Sounds like the ignition switch is not providing 12 Volts to the trans fuse. so there isn't 12 volts at the E terminal at the trans. On the back side of the trans connector (where the wires go in) there are small letters. Top row is A,B,C,AND D. Next row is E pink wire in a row by it self.I would send a picture but for some reason I have lost that ability.
