My wife'* boss has the strangest problem I've ever seen....he has an 07 Safari...... when he turns off the key and pulls it out of ignition the engine continues to run ONLY if he keeps his foot on the brake....once he releases the brake pedal the engine cuts off..... I've never seen anything like this before....what'* going on??

Sounds like circuits are crossed somehow. Has it ever been in a a wreck or flood or any movie with David Hasslehoff?

They have had it since it was new, and it just started happening.

May need to have the PCM flashed.

have it scanned for codes.

does it have remote start on it?
or an aftermarket remote start?
