We recently purchased an 05 Envoy XL 4.2L without remotes, we purchased some from Amazon.
The instructions are very simple even for me.
The problem is the locks cycle like they are supposed to then cycle again 5 seconds or so later.
Needless to say,can not program remotes. Any help would be great. Thanks

At what point are the locks cycling? Are you even completing the programming steps successfully?

They cycle after I release the unlock button then cycle again in 3-5 seconds.
