First make sure the actuator isnt bad (putting 12v on the correct wires in back) then id say the button or the wiring on the button is proly the prob... :-/ but then again if i did it right then there would be a relay and such to go bad too :-? Just start testing (put multi-meter in the connector in back and have someone press button and check for +12VDC)
