Originally I was looking at 2000+ Impalas and stumbled upon a Bonneville at one of the dealers. After I saw the first one I was hooked; I knew I had to have one and they weren't much more $.

My parents owned the car.....it was handed down to me when Dad bought a park avenue ultra. I won't complain!

i bought mine beacuse my 98 buick century was going to **** because i beat on it too much, and it was a much better choice than the 01 Impala white on blue interior with a column shifter... the floor shifter is what really sold me on the bonnie

Cab company had 2 96 SSE'* and the boss had a 98 SSEi. Liked the SSE'* when i drove them, asked the boss if he wanted to sell one, answer was no then he suggested i drive his because it was probably more my "speed". He saw the way i drove the cabs and my own vehicle and knew i had a heavy foot. Drove his and bought it a week later.

I bought mine because I wanted a larger GM car with the 3.8 in it. I wanted a Bonneville anyway but managed to stumple upon this baby by chance. If I didn't find this Bonne who knows what I'd be driving.

I don't know why i bought it. I didn't really fall in love with it until i had owned it a year or two. All my friends still call me an idiot for not driving a truck.

Why did you want one, though. Was it the looks, someone told you about it, what?

I was looking for a 4 door car with nice styling, comfortable and had a decent amount of power. I went to look at a DCM 40th Ann and it was gone. Rode a little bit farther down and happened to see her sitting at a small carlot. I loved her from the moment I saw her. I took off work early the next day and went over and talked to a salesman about her,did the paperwork and she was mine the next day.

This was a Sunday,Monday,Tuesday love affair.

The first reason is that I was brought up in a GM family.

The second reason I bought my 2 Bonnevilles is because I could
