Default where did the extra 35 hp in the 3.8....

Come from when it made the jump from 170? In other words the 3.8 made the hp jump n 95 I believe. What did they do?

I can't believe that the engine never got another hp boost, when the 2k car came out. I guess thats why the sales declined in the Bonneville. Nothing was refined. Nothing new to the table.

I wish they would have done a revision and changed the cam keeping it a push rod but allowing it to now have a more variation by useing a "three-dimensional profile" cam to see about this visit http://auto.howstuffworks.com/camshaft6.htm . This would allow a larger power band and beable to increase MPG by having better durrations for given RPMs

well their is the series 3 3800 that went into the 04 and up grand prix that kinda fix the problem that the series 2 had like the upper intake.
