Whats a fall tune up..?
It'* the basic tune up.
Check over the plugs and wires, replacing if necessary.
Test the condition of your battery, review how old it is, look for bulging sides (that is a sign of a battery on it'* way out)
Check and test the coolant for your areas temperatures.
Generally look over the car checking and doing any last minute maintenance that you don't want to fail during the cold winter months.

i also clean my MAF, check TPS voltage, replace O2 sensor if old.
also to make sure I will be getting the best MPG.
usually replace plugs if I am going to check them just cause they are just over a buck a piece for delcos.
replace any nasty looking vaccum lines
make sure washer fluid is rated to go below zero (forgot this, washer fluid froze this winter
)
replace windshield wipers, apply rainx to winshield.
