It'* a cast iron thingy that has 6 things that go up and down really fast if you press on the floor thing while the cast iron thingy is moving.
The cast iron thing has a bunch of pretty hoses, wires, and belts.
It might be a drivetrain designation for the 87-91 generation of H bodies, just like the L27 is for the 92-99......
