lg3-3 and hi-low fan(s)

lg3-3 and hi-low fan(*)
does the lg3-3 even have this feature factory?.. I tried looking around in the ole vague haynes manual and couldn't find anything to say yay or nay
if it doesn't is it worth putting it on?
and with it (if it does or if it'* added) ... if I upgrade to twin aftermarket fans... do they have to be specific fans? or does the hi-low feature just vary voltage and or amps to a normal fan?
I know it sounds kinda trivial but seeing as how these engines are go bad with high temps... any way I can help it keep cool I wanna look into/do
