I did 2 years of Automotive Technology in high school, but we never did anything like that. We got to work on teachers cars, but we got paid donuts for it.
It'* nice the instructor put a project like that together. It gives students a drive, besides the usual books and class work.

well this is an auto-tech school...I'm also doing auto body and diesel tech, too...I think we're the only school in the State of Nebraska that does something like this....next years raffle car is a orange 1972 Chevy El Camino with a 468 and has been bagged on all 4 corners, we're actually almost done with that one too.
Yea, we were all dumbstuck after that question. But once he said those 4 words, we were like, DUH!
suck, squeeze, bang, blow. In a turbine engine, its a continuous cycle. The same question applies to normal gasoline engines, except, its a 4 cycle process.

That makes sense...lol. We're just finishing up electrical this week, and then we're going on to engine building. I'm looking forward to that, but I wish I had enough money to build a motor for my Bonnie. I get to build a sport mod motor instead so not complaining too much...lol
