So was I...I would have imagined most electronics in the Bonnevilles would have been Delphi/ACDelco...especially something as major as the BCM. Kinda cool I think that Denso makes it.

denso does make a lot of electrical items... I guess we should have expected sooner or later that would happen

Thats surprising...because obviously Delphi is so closely ingrained with General Motors being an ex-subsidiary, and they compete directly with Denso for automotive electronics. I'm quite sure Delphi makes BCM modules too.
I would guess that it is actually the Dash Integration Module (DIM), as the 00+* do not have one single module known as the BCM. The BCM is the intergration of the DIM, the Rear Integration Module, and the Instrument Panel Module. The diagrams show that location for the DIM.

Not everything GM uses comes from GM or divisions of....
The older Bonnies used TRW receivers for keyless entry. Wouldn't you know that Chrysler used those same modules during that timeframe as well...

Yes thats totally right... Both GM and Dodge did use those Receivers and remotes...
