... Ontario'* got emissions testing. No cat = fail fail fail fail, the previous owner of the SSE hollowed out the cat for some reason and said nothing about it.

Just buy High perfomance cat. Their is reason for law. I do know in michigan i not illegal to run without cat, but it is illegal to sell it without one.

In Michigan and every other State in the US it is ILLEGAL to run without a cat. It'* a FEDERAL law dictated by the EPA.
