No,no,no, If you're going to swap, skip the S3 and stick with the S2. The extra wiring for the throttle by wire would make it a bitch of a swap, the S2 is cheaper, and you can get back the extra 25hp with a pulley and intake.

i disagree. you can get a GenV TB Adapter, to use the Stock L67 TB or a N*.

QFT, there are other improvements internally, and a TB adapter would make use of all of them!

The S3 is pretty much the same motor, I think the S2 is under rated a bit hp wise anyway. After driving my friend'* stock 04 Comp G with 3.29s compared to my car b4 headers they felt pretty much the same around town and mine felt much faster on the highway.

The internals are close. The L32 or S3 motor has different piston rods from my understanding.
