The typicals are the door seal and or the wheel well. The wheel well rusts out, the door seal shrinks.

Most likely it'* one of the two.

Check out the pictures in this thread. My rear passenger side seat was pretty wet after driving it home right after I bought it in the rain.

That was it. Right Rear wheel well. Softball sized hole. I ground down rot,used a small patch of tin, self tapping screws, bondo (aka horse hair), and spray on rubberrized sealant (Wal-Mart).

All better. Can't tell anything was ever wrong. Thanks guys.
