Carfax. I'm not sure if that'* the one I used, but when I was looking at my SSEi, I did a title search. That'* how I found out it had been stored for 5 years 
You can find accident records if there was a certain dollar amount of damage, fleet/rental reports, registration/mileage, all sorts of stuff.
