ZZP TB Spacer
Ported SC
Ported LIM
3" after cat (still running stock DP and cat....3" DP and cat will be in before the new year).
3.2" SC pulley
180* t-stat
Stock Exhaust mani'* (going to put the ceramic coated P-log on today and the ceramic coated rear PEM/crossover next week).
ZZP Water Pump UD pulley
No intake for test run (straight off the TB last night but have the Intense 3.5" FWI)
BELDEN MAX Series I 3800 8MM wires (Series II are only 7MM)
AC Delco Iridium plugs (stock ones for now, but not for long)
Heads are stock, unported.
Valve train is stock 38k mile setup also.
By April the following will be installed (have to get valve train and fueling components yet):
1.9 rockers
OR pushrods
105 springs (skipping 90'* to be safe)
Titanium Retainers
Stattama AC bypass pulley (allows AC to be retained -just requires a swap to a shorter SC belt at track)
Ported GEN V
Ported L32 LIM
Ford Lightining injectors
Walbro 255 LPH HP fuel pump
possibly an AFPR
AR 104'* (.045")
Dyno Tuned with Power Tuner by a local MNCGP PCM guru with a Power Tuner since my PCM is unlocked.
Hmmm I see a couple current problems you should address.
The power log and the 3.2 pulley are going to cause issues. I assume you aren't stock airbox with paper filter.
The skewing needed on those front injectors is hopefully programmed in. With that pulley and that exhaust, if it'* not already programmed in that pcm... you are risking your motor.

Trust me, things are going to be addressed before I really drive it hard. 3.4", PCM further programmed with aPower Tuner by a guy with a Power Tuner in the Twin Cities early next week, and the 3" DP and cat will be taken care of next week also.
Saving the 3.2 for track/race fuel use only.

Quick question? I thought that a A/C compressor doesn't rob power unless the clutch is engaged? (plus at WOT the compressor clutch can't engage anyway). If I am wrong how much power will this get you? And do you have a link to it.

OK-- finally got the big vid compressed and hosted for you guys and gals to view!!
Enjoy --nevermind the tie-wrap holding the FWI to the TB for the moment -my 4" hose clamp is about 1" too short! :(
And YES, a major cleaning is needed. :(
