I recommend what I did with mine, it really did wonders.

Seafoam Transtune for 100 miles
Drain
Refill
Drive around
Drain
Filter
Refill
Lucas Trans Fix

feels perfect. nearly simulates a flush, gets probably 95% of the old fluid out.

Just my two cents.

well i bought 2 gallons of pennzoil dexron III yesterday and i'm gonna get a filter sometime this week (got too busy on saturday and all the parts stores closed before i had time).

thanks for the advice, i will be dropping the pan and changing the filter soon.
