Trade03 SE for 00 SLE. Good or Bad idea what do you think.

Personally I don't really see any benefits of trading up to that particular car unless you are getting huge haul of cash with the trade in.
Yeah it has more options, better styling(according to preference) and fairly low miles. I wouldnt ever trade in for an earlier model of the same car, even with options.

i drove all over hell, and couldnt find one....turns out the one i bought was here in Red Deer anyways..
the 00'* seem to have some stupid problems..hard to say..

personally I think the 2000+ se is too base for even a rental car. Go for the SLE or at least a SSEi. Dont worry about it being as bit older. I would rather drive a older car that I really like than a newer one that is base and I am not as happy with.
I know toastedoats has a SE and an Aurora that he said was his beater. Imho the 2000 SE would be the beater and the Aurora would be the good car even thiough its older.

the 2000 to 2003 really hasn't changed at all.

(I just love using that smiley) I'm another one that Toasty is talking about.... it comes down to personal preference.... I like the SLE style better... I've had the roadrash on the side rocker panels... bottom line is to do what you can afford to do and feel best about doing.

Thanks guys i taking it im getting some cash back for mine so it makes it worth it in my eyes. The uspension and wheels and tires 12pk cd and steering wheel controls and leather and power seats ans DIC all make it worth it to me. Thnaks for the input though all of you rock.
