I totalled my bonnie yesterday. It saved my life. Hopefull will get some pictures up here soon. It'* fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu@#ed up!
Glad to here your okay. These Bonneville'* are safe cars when it comes to accidents ( I know after having being rear-ended by a jeep going 60 mph while I was stopped).
If you can grab the 40th Anniversary floor mats, and 40th Anniversary emblems from the outside of the car and if it'* still there the Pontiac Accessories Kit in the trunk.
Just might come in handy some time if you get another 40th like the one I saw yesterday -it was missing the emblems, but there was still residue like ty had just been pulled off(my guess is that some punk has a Bonneville saw the emblems and came back at night and jacked them). The floor mats were also gone. Really crap part about it was the car was a purple SE Y40 with the chrome torquestars, and tan leather, with 109,xxx miles. Drivers seat was kinda worn and the rigfht side the car had been side swiped (mainly paint, but a little metal damage too, mainly just above the Right rear tire), and a cracked windshield. They were asking $6900!!!!!
I think that was a little on the high side.
I was kinda tempted to ask if they'd trade rims and some cash, but with that price if they would they would probably say rims and $3 or $400, so I didn't bother.
