Okay guys and girls here are the cars.
Black 2000 SSEi 83k mi $7500

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...e=&cardist=190

and

Black 1995 740iL 65k mi $9000

http://phoenix.craigslist.org/car/586093802.html

Insurance is 135$ extra for the BMW every 6 months

Both cars are beautiful in person but the BMW seems more solid feeling tell you the truth.

Give me some advice guys ( I know I am asking a bunch of bonneville nerd) haha

Whereas the BMW has a world renowned machine that is really capable and fairly dependable, I voted Bonneville. The Bonneville has absolutely made a name for itself, and I like it a lot for this reason. Plus, you save money. Beamers are a bit more costly to maintain from a parts cost point of view. My uncle has a similar BMW in Germany. It'* a bit older, though. He drove my dad in it on the Autobahn, and my dad says it felt great.

My godfather'* daughter (godsister?) has a BMW 3-series, and it'* really nice. It'* comfy (only in the front, whereas the back is like a wooden bench), and it feels really solid. One day, though, it just stopped in a parking lot and wouldn't start back up. It needed a reported $600 repair to get going again.

So, same with the 01 Alero my sister drives...

I think the 5-series BMW has a nicer interior than 2000+ Bonnevilles. But the Bonneville is cheaper, IMHO better looking, and overall bigger. Let'* see what others write.

My landlord and co-worker had a 740. It was hella expensive to maintain. His current 3-series is just as bad. Cost 300 to get his thermostat changed. The whole front of the car had to come off.

Not a fan of a car that is so expensive to maintain or buy parts for.

No man I didnt see it!:(

Why do you think its to much for it? Its actually pretty nice other than the little problems it does have.

And I really cant be to picky on price right now because even though I did get them down about $1600 already:
1) I need a car ASAP dont have another running car and been hitching rides to work which sucks
2) Its a black Bonneville SSEi that I always wanted.
3) That is the only one in my price range (right now anyway because we are buying a house and a Limo at the same time)
4) This car is only temporary until all that other stuff goes through (house and Limo). (I will keep it but I want a GXP again)

It may be overprice but for what I NEED right now I think below Fair pricing on blue books private party is pretty decent right now.

The Bonneville. Just for the fact that it is 5 years newer. And I agree with Wren. When Bimmer'* need work, you pay a lot for it.

Sounds to me from your reasons a couple posts up that you've made up your mind.

The question now is which one are you driving to WCBF? The black one, or the black one? Or the supercharged one?
