just an FYI i was looking at the BIN file for a 2001 SSEI and noticed that the PCM limites the car in a specific gear...for instance. 1-2 is limited at 108 3rd is 128, and 4th will let you do 136...

now this was a STOCK SSEi Bin File, so the PCM will let you do more according to what specific gear you are in

How was 156?

When I got out of the car, I tore an ******* sized chunk of leather out of the seat bottom. Seriously, the car was stable up to about 140-145, and started to lift and get light on the front end from there.

However, alot has been changed since then, and alot learned. I expect the car to be stable up to 150 and beyond now.

doing 156 in a bonnie must be like floating on a pillow of air, holding the wheel with white knuckles waiting for something to go BANG! Sad to say I have only gone the factory limit of 110mph on a level road. I can feel the car wanting to go faster but GM says no.
