Default Tires & stereo

Hi, is anyone running 225\55\16 on 97 SSE factory rims? If so, do they work ok. Also will a aftermarket stereo work with my Bose system.

225/55/16 will be too small of a diameter and throw your speedo off as well as shift points slightly. You want 225/60/16.

Your stock rolling diameter is 26.6", and your tire choice is only 25.7", resulting in a speedometer reading 3.3% too fast.

When your speedo reads 60, you're actually doing 58.

Ask your Audio question in the Audio section.
