So far it'* rusted shock bolts in the rear. This one bolt took me forever to get out. I had a hammer, a mini sledge hammer, an air chisel, pb blaster, and it still took hours.

the power steering pumps on SI L67 and all SII and III 3800 engines, the location is horrible and is a PITA to replace

exhaust manifold bolts and older V8'* always break on me always
even when heated up with a torch

Working on cars with true dual exaust cause they have 4 damn O2 sensors. When they are all rusted and seized that pisses me off.

Clip style captured nuts that break loose then spin while trying to remove the bolt, and it'* virtually impossible to get to the other side. Also, cleaning everything up after a job.
