Default Theftlock help!!!

i bought this car used and the previous owners musta put a code on it. i was pulling circuits to check 'em, and i pulled the radio one out. so the theft lock went on. how do i get off the theftlock? i looked at the previous posts, but the number says 1-800-***-****. that doesnt really help me much. what is that number??? i got everyhting else, i just need the phone number. i will take the theft lock off after this, out of all the sterios out there, i think burglers would rather find a better one than this stock one, not too difficult to find a nicer one, ya know? thanks.

Take it to the pontiac dealership and they should help you out.

What you can try is the model year of the car as the number (eg: 1995). I believe (but not positive) the year may be the default number for the theftlock.
