I did my blackout for under $15. Roll of tape, can of VHT, can of matte clearcoat. A day without the car, too

Yeah i can't find the VHT excpt for online, which then costs shipping. ANy recomendations for the clear coat.

Find my old post or read my website. I think I put in there the exact clearcoat I used. You don't want gloss, and the stuff I used was preferable to semi-gloss. The glossier they are, the more your imperfections will show.

Most Auto parts stores can get VHT on their next order, no extra cost to you. That'* how I got my can and Jseabert'*. Now we have a store that stocks it on the shelf.

I got it in 2 days from the store, no shipping.

i actually put some metallic gray pinstriping on my old SE tails. they pretty much matched the color of my car...looked decent, but made the smart upgrade to ssei tails
