I gotta side with Zais here, the only way that model could have an L67 is if it was an engine swap, or CUSTOM order from the factory, base trim with L67 engine.

Either way, you'd have to pop the hood...my money hedges on L27 in this case. We've seen misprints and misinformation like this before.

All L67'* have an HD tranny hooked up to them as well. All N/A have a std 4t60-e or 4t65-e. I doubt you'd find a custom converted engine at a dealer lot. If someone'* smart enough to do that job, they're smart enough to sell the car on their own, and make more money off of it.

Personally in my opinion i think a 4t-60-e could take a 92/3 L67 under Normal driving, and maybe a 94/5. However once you start modding you'll kill it quickly. Not so sure about the 65'*. :?
Possible IMO? Yes, good idea? No.

Kyle all dealers will tell you things to sell you a car. If it'* $3k why is it 799 on autotrader?

its not supercharged. ask the dealer if it has the 1 vin number, look at the exhaust and see if it has duals and get some under the hood pics.

I would chip in my own opinion but four of the same answer is more than enough for me.

I have seen talk on here about a SC'd SE unless I was mistaken? Which happens allllllll the time. But like what'* already mentioned, he'll tell ya all day long till he'* blue in the face what you wanna hear, to sell that beast, check for dual exhaust on the rear bumper, check the VIN# for 1 in the 8th digit, get a picture, drive it and listen for the SC whine, and check the RPO numbers on the spare tire cover in the trunk for L67.

Well, being that she'* way down in Ft. Lauderdale, a Purgatory-worthy drive, to be sure, we'll see what that VIN says And the RPO codes. He'* getting both for me tomorrow. Is it possible he can lie about both? He gave me a hearty yes when I asked if he was SURE it was supercharged. I put an emphasis on the "sure" part, too And if he lied outright to me, then someone'* getting bitched out. Anyway, we'll see what that VIN says

I await with bated breath...

If it'* not too late don't mention to him what is what, like an L67 is SC'd or the vin 1 is SC'd.......Just plainly ask if the vin is 1 or l and if says L67 or L27 on the RPO sticker....Without any emphasis on VIN 1 or L67.....And if you really wanna F with this jobber, tell him you want to see VIN L or L27 on the car, and see if he still says it SC'd and then bitch him out.....That would be the most fun to me at least, I have to **** off at least one person a day, or I can't sleep at night hehehehe
