No, I called it "riced out" because it appeared to be all show, no go. Except for the spinners, which may or may not be worth a lot (Champion Auto Parts sells spinner covers for 49 a set) it was just obviously cheap parts. He had the tail end jacked up so you could see that his chromed "Duel exhaust" was coming from one ructed out muffler.

Bascially, the whole car looked like a 12 year old drew it. To me, the epitomy of "American Rice Syndrome". That, and the guy driving it was obviously not the brightest crayon in the box.

The first snow here is ALWAYS a disaster. My wife just flat-out won't drive for fear she'll get run into. People here have seen PLENTY of snows, yet never learn. That'* gotta be a special kind of stupid.

Personally i think spinners are just dumb... They cost way more then they should, they aren't worth more then his car either.

I think they look nice. What I can't stand is when they get a size that is obviously way to small for the car. For instance, there are a few here that are like '79 Caprices with 13" rims and, as MOS puts it, "rubberbands stretched around them"... It just looks silly.
