how many people still have the center console flip up cup holder in there 92-99. that was such a terrible design, i am yet to still see a working one

The replacement part from GM is greatly improved. I don't think you could break it if you tried. It'* also easily removed if you want to, without tools.

And for the record, my car was the only one I looked at last summer, that had both a good cupholder/lid, and an easy glove box.

My cup holder is still good. :P
But I rarely use it since I rest my arm there a lot.

when i bought my car i don't think the cupholder was even there. if it was, it was broken and i tossed it out.

i put my coffee mug in the door anyways........like smellbird said.........armrest = center console!

My 95 is broken off. Where there a diffrent design in 91... my parents have a 91 bonnie with the cupholder still intackt. I got my car in 99 and it was allready gone.

LOL funny you should say that haro! My cupholder is sitting on my desk right beside my keyboard right now. It finally fell off wednesday after a couple weeks of trying to hang on. Which is fine with me cause i hated it.....i allow no drinks in my car.

My 91 has the cup holder under the armrest. It isn't very deep though. It will fit a can pretty good but if you get a drink from a fast food place it will tip the first turn you make. I wish I had the holders in the doors but I have speakers there.

The newer gens have a crappy cup holder placement as well. I need a second elbow to reach it and the holes are so close together that you cant store 2 coffee'* in it :?
