is there some kind of oring or gasket for the stove pipe where it goes into the LIM

i ask this question because when i spray carb cleaner were it goes into manifold it definitly changes my idle seems like vacum leak to me and im chasing a p0171 code

Take the pipe off, bet you have a cracked pipe. I think I have 2 of them if you need one.

It'* very common for the EGR tube going to the LIM to crack. If you slide the holding piece back once it'* off the engine and hold it up to the light, you most likely will see light.

BTW not important for this thread but the stovepipe is a NA motor thing. It sits on top of the LIM and funnels the EGR gasses through the stovepipe in order to get above the plastic of the UIM w/o cooking it. They are press fit into the LIM.
